SNB Donates $15,000 to Greenwood Cemetery

December 20, 2021 – State Nebraska Bank & Trust donated $15,000 to Greenwood Cemetery in Wayne to help kick off its new capital campaign.  Funds raised will help with general care and special projects, such as renovation of the Chapel, road resurfacing, database management upgrades, stone repair, and more. 

The Greenwood Cemetery is a source of pride in the community, and its groundkeepers and board of trustees have been working hard to assure the cemetery is well kept for families and visitors.  With a renewed interest in family and regional history the past few years, it is important to maintain a beautiful and accessible cemetery.
