Information Technology and Operations Officer

State Nebraska Bank & Trust is looking for an Information Technology and Operations Officer to join our community bank. This position will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software within the Bank. Responsibilities will include implementing and managing security and backup procedures, designing maintenance procedures, ensuring software licensing compliance, monitoring, implementing, and documenting to ensure all Banking Exam and IT Audit requirements are met, providing user training, and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must have excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills. The applicant must be able to problem solve and enjoy working in a very fast-paced and high demand environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and Master’s degree or 10 years equivalent work experiences preferred. Credit history will be screened for this position. Candidate must reside or relocate within 15 miles of Wayne, Nebraska.
