April 19, 2024 – State Nebraska Bank & Trust held its second annual Bake Off to raise money for the local Wayne Food Pantry.  Twelve bank employees prepared amazing treats, bringing in desserts daily so employees could sample and vote for their favorites.  Bakers brought in Cinnamon Bundt Cake, Raspberry Cream Pie, Blueberry Lemon Cake, and more delicious treats.  Kirby Hall’s Lemon Lush Dessert was the winner, taking the apron for Best Baker from Conni Davis, last year’s recipient.  Overall, SNB employees raised $310 for the Wayne Food Pantry through this Bake Off competition.
