Great Turnout for SNBuilding Open House

Tenants of the SNBuilding include State Nebraska Bank & Trust, State National Insurance Company, Beck Ag, Title Services of the Plains, and Sonlite Express.

August 23, 2022 – SNB hosted an open house and chamber coffee at the SNBuilding last week with a great turnout, including many students, coaches, and staff from Wayne State College as the event coincided with freshman move-in day. 

Nearly 50 people took a shot at the free throw contest held in the SNBuilding’s community gym, which is free to use for anyone in the community.  SNB awarded prizes to three winners: Delaney Lutz and Brent Johnson each received a gift card to the Table with a bank mug and $5 in Chamber Bucks, and the grand prize winner, Hilbert Johs, received $50 in Chamber Bucks.  Karissa Hayes also won the open house basket donated by SNBuilding tenants, including State National Insurance Company, Beck Ag, Title Services of the Plains, and Sonlite Express.

Since the SNBuilding opened in October 2020, nearly 300 people have signed up to use our building’s gym and play more than 1,000 hours of basketball and pickleball.  If you are interested in using the gym, stop by our Campus Branch at 1010 Main Street to register for access.  The building is also now 80% full, with only two shared office spaces available for lease.  Contact Ashley Rewinkel at (402) 375-1131 for if interested in learning more about leasing.
